פרטיותך חשובה לנו. מדיניות פרטיות זו מסבירה כיצד Stad ("אנחנו") אוספת, משתמשת ומגנה על נתונים אישיים שלך.

1. מי אנחנו

2. מידע שאנו אוספים
כשאתה משתמש ב-Stad, אנו אוספים ומאחסנים את המידע הבא:

נתוני חשבון:
• כתובת אימייל, שם משתמש, ביוגרפיה אופציונלית ותמונת פרופיל.

תוכן:
• פוסטים (טקסט, תמונות, סרטונים), תגובות, לייקים ושיתופים שיצרת.

העדפות:
• קבוצות וליגות ספורט מועדפות, שפת האפליקציה.

נתוני שימוש:
• פוסטים שצפית בהם, היסטוריית חיפוש בתוך האפליקציה.
• העדפות התראות וטוקן התראות דחיפה (לשליחת התראות).

נתוני מכשיר:
• מזהה מכשיר ייחודי (לשיוך טוקן ההתראות שלך למכשיר).
• דגם המכשיר, הפלטפורמה (iOS / Android) וגרסת מערכת ההפעלה.

אותות מעורבות (לפיד מותאם אישית):
• ציוני מעורבות אנונימיים המחושבים על בסיס דפוסי האינטראקציה שלך (לייקים, צפיות, תגובות). אלה מעובדים בשרת שלנו לבניית פיד מותאם אישית.
• ציוני זיקה בינך לבין כותבים אחרים, בהתאם להתנהגות המעורבות שלך.

נתוני פרסום ואנליטיקה (נאספים אוטומטית על ידי SDK של צדדים שלישיים):

3. כיצד אנו משתמשים במידע שלך
אנו משתמשים בנתונים שלך כדי:
• להפעיל ולספק את שירות Stad.
• להתאים אישית את פיד התוכן שלך באמצעות אותות מעורבות מבוססי ML.

4. אחסון נתונים ואבטחה
הנתונים שלך מאוחסנים בשרתים הממוקמים בפרנקפורט, גרמניה (האיחוד האירופי), המופעלים על ידי Supabase (מסד נתונים PostgreSQL) ו-Google Firebase (Firestore - תוכן חברתי). שני הספקים מיישמים אמצעי אבטחה בתקן תעשייתי.

• תוכן חברתי (פוסטים, תגובות, לייקים) מאוחסן ב-Google Firebase Firestore.
• פרופיל ונתוני חשבון מאוחסנים ב-Supabase.
• טוקני התראות ומזהי מכשיר מאוחסנים במסד הנתונים של Supabase שלנו.
• התראות דחיפה מועברות דרך תשתית ההתראות של Expo.
• נתוני קריסה ושגיאות מעובדים על ידי Sentry (שרתים בגרמניה / האיחוד האירופי).

כל הנתונים באיחוד האירופי כפופים להגנות GDPR.

5. שמירת נתונים
אנו שומרים את הנתונים שלך כל עוד החשבון שלך פעיל. כאשר תמחק את חשבונך, הפרופיל, הפוסטים וכל הנתונים האישיים הקשורים אליך יימחקו לצמיתות ממערכות שלנו.

6. פרסום
Stad מציגה מודעות בתוך האפליקציה באמצעות Google AdMob.

לצורך הצגת מודעות רלוונטיות, Google AdMob עשויה לאסוף ולהשתמש ב:
• מזהה הפרסום של המכשיר שלך (IDFA ב-iOS, GAID ב-Android).
• מידע על המכשיר (דגם, מערכת הפעלה, גודל מסך).
• כתובת IP (להסקת מיקום משוער).
• נתוני שימוש באפליקציה ואינטראקציה.

מזהים אלה משמשים להתאמת מודעות ומדידה. ניתן להגביל מעקב מודעות ברמת המכשיר:
• iOS: הגדרות ← פרטיות ואבטחה ← מעקב ← השבת "אפשר לאפליקציות לבקש מעקב"
• Android: הגדרות ← Google ← מודעות ← "מחק מזהה פרסום" או "הסר הסכמה להתאמת מודעות"

קידום אפליקציה - Meta SDK (Facebook):
אנו משתמשים ב-SDK של Meta למדידת יעילות קמפיינים לקידום האפליקציה בפלטפורמת Meta (Facebook, Instagram). ה-SDK של Meta עשוי לאסוף:
• אירועי אפליקציה כגון התקנות, פתיחות אפליקציה והרשמות.
• מזהה הפרסום של המכשיר שלך (IDFA ב-iOS, GAID ב-Android).

9. שיווק במייל
אם בחרת להסכים בעת ההרשמה או דרך הגדרות החשבון, אנו עשויים לשלוח לך חדשות ספורטיביות, עדכוני משחקים ותוכן פרומושנל במייל. ההסכמה היא לחלוטין וולונטרית.

תוכל לבטל את ההסכמה בכל עת:

אנו משתמשים ב-Loops (loops.so) לניהול משלוח אימיילים שיווקיים. אם הסכמת, כתובת האימייל שלך משותפת עם Loops למטרה זו בלבד. Loops מעבדת את הנתונים שלך בהתאם למדיניות הפרטיות שלהם ב-loops.so/privacy.

לעולם לא נשלח לך אימיילים שיווקיים ללא הסכמתך המפורשת. כאשר תמחק את חשבונך, פרטי הקשר שלך יוסרו גם מרשימת השיווק שלנו ב-Loops.

10. פרטיות ילדים
Stad אינה מיועדת לילדים מתחת לגיל 13. אנו לא אוספים ביודעין מידע אישי מילדים.

11. עוגיות ומעקב
Stad היא אפליקציה סלולרית ואינה משתמשת בעוגיות דפדפן. אנו משתמשים בטוקני הפעלה כדי לשמור על כניסתך לחשבון.

עם זאת, כמו רוב האפליקציות, Stad משתמשת בטכנולוגיות מעקב סלולריות:

PRIVACY POLICY - STAD

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Stad ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data.

1. WHO WE ARE
Stad is a social sports application. For questions about this policy, contact us at stadsports161@gmail.com.

2. DATA WE COLLECT
When you use Stad, we collect and store the following information:

Account Data:
• Email address, username, optional bio, and profile picture.

Content Data:
• Posts (text, images, videos), comments, likes, and reposts you create.

Preferences:
• Favorite sports teams and leagues, app language preference.

Usage Data:
• Posts you have viewed, search history within the app.
• Notification preferences and push notification token (for sending alerts).

Device Data:
• A unique device identifier (used to associate your push notification token with your device).
• Device model and platform (iOS or Android) and operating system version.

Engagement Signals (used for personalized feed):
• Anonymous engagement scores computed from your interaction patterns (likes, views, comments). These are processed on our server to build a personalized feed.
• Affinity scores between you and other authors, derived from your engagement behavior.

Advertising & Analytics Data (collected automatically by third-party SDKs):
• Advertising Identifier: your device's IDFA (iOS) or Google Advertising ID / GAID (Android), collected by Google AdMob to serve relevant ads.
• App usage events such as screen views and session duration, collected by Firebase Analytics.
• Crash diagnostics including device state, stack traces, IP address, and app version, collected by Sentry for error monitoring.
• App events (installs, sessions, registrations) and advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android), collected by Meta (Facebook) SDK to measure app promotion campaign performance. On iOS, your IDFA is only collected after you grant App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission.

Device Permissions:
• Camera: accessed when you take photos or videos for posts (permission requested before use).
• Photo Library: accessed when you select media from your gallery for posts.
• Microphone: declared for potential audio features (permission requested before use).
• Calendar: accessed only to add match fixtures you explicitly request to your device calendar. We do not read, store, or access any of your existing calendar events or data.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
We use your data to:
• Operate and provide the Stad service.
• Personalize your content feed using ML-based engagement signals.
• Send push notifications for match events and social interactions (with your consent).
• Allow you to add match fixtures to your device calendar when you tap "Add to Calendar" - we never read or store any of your existing calendar events.
• Display in-app advertisements via Google AdMob, including personalized ads based on your advertising ID and device information.
• Detect app crashes and diagnose technical issues via Sentry crash reporting and session replay.
• Analyze app usage patterns via Firebase Analytics to improve the app experience.
• Measure and optimize app promotion campaigns via Meta (Facebook) SDK.
• Improve the app and maintain service reliability.

We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties.

4. DATA STORAGE & SECURITY
Your data is stored on servers located in Frankfurt, Germany (EU), operated by Supabase (PostgreSQL database) and Google Firebase (Firestore - social content). Both providers implement industry-standard security measures.

• Social content (posts, comments, likes) is stored in Google Firebase Firestore.
• Profile and account data is stored in Supabase.
• Push notification tokens and device identifiers are stored in our Supabase database.
• Push notifications are delivered via Expo's notification infrastructure.
• Crash and error data is processed by Sentry (servers in Germany / EU).

All data within the EU is subject to GDPR protections.

5. DATA RETENTION
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, posts, and associated personal data are permanently deleted from our systems.

6. ADVERTISING
Stad displays in-app advertisements powered by Google AdMob.

To serve relevant ads, Google AdMob may collect and use:
• Your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android).
• Device information (model, operating system, screen size).
• IP address (to infer approximate location).
• App usage and interaction data.

These identifiers are used for ad personalization and measurement. You can limit ad tracking at the device level:
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization"

App Promotion Analytics - Meta (Facebook) SDK:
We use Meta's SDK to measure the effectiveness of app promotion campaigns on the Meta platform (Facebook, Instagram). The Meta SDK may collect:
• App events such as installs, app opens, and registrations.
• Your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android).

On iOS, your advertising identifier is only shared with Meta after you explicitly grant App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission when prompted at app launch. On Android, no additional permission is required.

7. YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR & CCPA)

GDPR - EU / EEA Users:
If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:
• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Object to or restrict processing of your data.
• Data portability.

CCPA - California Residents:
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
• Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
• Request deletion of personal information we have collected about you.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell your data).
• Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use the following third-party services. Each may collect data as described in their respective privacy policies:

• Supabase (database & authentication) - supabase.com/privacy
• Google Firebase (authentication, real-time database, analytics, push messaging) - firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Google AdMob (in-app advertising) - policies.google.com/privacy
• Sentry (crash reporting & session replay) - sentry.io/privacy
• Expo (push notifications & app infrastructure) - expo.dev/privacy
• Meta (Facebook) SDK (app promotion analytics) - facebook.com/privacy/policy/
• Loops (email marketing, only if you opt in) - loops.so/privacy

9. EMAIL MARKETING
If you choose to opt in during registration or through Account Settings, we may send you sports news, match updates, and promotional content via email. Opting in is entirely voluntary.

You may unsubscribe at any time by:
• Using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send you.
• Toggling off "Sports Email Updates" in Settings → Account within the app.

We use Loops (loops.so) to manage marketing email delivery. If you opt in, your email address is shared with Loops solely for this purpose. Loops processes your data under their own privacy policy at loops.so/privacy.

We will never send you marketing emails without your explicit opt-in consent. When you delete your account, your contact information is also removed from our Loops marketing list.

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Stad is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. COOKIES & TRACKING
Stad is a mobile application and does not use browser cookies. We use session tokens to keep you logged in.

However, like most apps, Stad uses mobile tracking technologies:
• Advertising Identifiers (IDFA / GAID) via Google AdMob for personalized ads.
• App events and advertising identifier via Meta (Facebook) SDK for app promotion measurement. On iOS, only collected after ATT permission is granted.
• Session replay technology via Sentry to capture anonymized screen interactions for debugging (10% of sessions; 100% when errors occur).

You can opt out of ad-based tracking via your device settings as described in Section 6.

12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
