1. קבלת התנאים
על ידי יצירת חשבון או שימוש ב-Stad, אתה מאשר כי אתה בן 13 לפחות ומסכים לתנאי השימוש. אם אינך מסכים, אל תשתמש באפליקציה.

2. תיאור השירות
Stad היא רשת חברתית לספורט המאפשרת למשתמשים לעקוב אחרי קבוצות וליגות, לצפות בנתוני משחקים, ליצור ולשתף פוסטים ולהתקשרות עם תוכן של משתמשים אחרים.

3. חשבונות משתמש
אתה אחראי לשמירת סודיות פרטי הכניסה לחשבונך. עליך לספק מידע מדויק בעת ההרשמה. אתה אחראי לכל פעילות המתבצעת תחת חשבונך.

4. שימוש מותר
אתה מתחייב שלא:
• לפרסם תוכן בלתי חוקי, פוגעני, משמיץ או הפוגע בזכויות צד שלישי.
• להתחזות לאדם או גוף אחר.
• להשתמש באפליקציה כדי לספאם, להטריד או לפגוע במשתמשים אחרים.
• לנסות לגשת לשרתים או למערכות שלנו או להפריע לפעולתם.
• לגרד, לבצע הנדסה הפוכה או לנצל כל חלק מהיישום.

5. מדיניות תוכן מצד משתמשים (UGC) ובטיחות קהילתית

Stad היא רשת חברתית לספורט המאפשרת למשתמשים לשתף מחשבות, הרכבים ותוכן. כדי לשמור על סביבה בטוחה, אנו אוכפים מדיניות אפס סובלנות כלפי תוכן פוגעני, מזיק, משמיץ או לא הולם.

על ידי קבלת תנאים אלה, אתה מסכים שלא לפרסם תוכן המכיל שנאה, אלימות, הטרדה, חומר מיני או כל צורה של אפליה.

אכיפה וניהול:
• למשתמשים יש אפשרות לדווח על כל תוכן בעייתי ישירות באפליקציה.
• משתמשים יכולים לחסום משתמשים מטרידים בכל עת, מה שיסיר מיידית את התוכן שלהם מהפיד.
• צוות המפתחים בוחן את כל הדיווחים ויפעל בתוך 24 שעות להסרת התוכן הפוגעני והשעיית/הגרשת המשתמש שפרסם אותו לצמיתות.

6. תוכן משתמשים
אתה שומר על הבעלות על התוכן שאתה מפרסם. על ידי פרסום, אתה מעניק ל-Stad רישיון לא בלעדי, עולמי, ללא תמלוגים, להציג, להפיץ ולעבד את התוכן שלך לצורך הפעלת השירות. אתה האחראי הבלעדי לתוכן שלך.

7. פרסום
Stad מציגה מודעות בתוך האפליקציה לתמיכה בשירות. המודעות מועברות על ידי Google AdMob. אנו לא שולטים בתוכן המודעות הספציפיות. התאמת מודעות אישית נשלטת על ידי מדיניות הפרסום של Google, וניתן לכוונן את העדפות המודעות שלך דרך הגדרות המכשיר.

8. קניין רוחני

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By creating an account or using Stad, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Stad is a social sports network that allows users to follow sports teams and leagues, view match data, create and share posts, and interact with other users' content.

3. USER ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
• Post content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use the app to spam, harass, or harm other users.
• Attempt to access or interfere with our servers or systems.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the application.

5. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC) POLICY & COMMUNITY SAFETY

Stad is a sports social network that allows users to share thoughts, lineups, and content. To maintain a safe environment, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable, abusive, defamatory, or inappropriate content and behavior.

By accepting these terms, you agree that you will not post content that contains hate speech, violence, harassment, sexual material, or any form of discrimination.

Moderation and Enforcement:
• Users have the ability to report any objectionable content directly within the app.
• Users can instantly block abusive users, which will immediately hide their content from their feed.
• The developer team reviews all user reports and will act on objectionable content within 24 hours by removing the offending content and ejecting/banning the user who provided it permanently.

6. USER CONTENT
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Stad a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and process your content to operate the service. You are solely responsible for your content.

7. ADVERTISING
Stad displays in-app advertisements to support the service. Ads are served by Google AdMob. We do not control the content of individual advertisements. Ad personalization is governed by Google's advertising policies, and you may adjust your ad preferences through your device settings.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Stad application, including its design, logo, and code, is the property of the developer. Sports data is provided by third-party APIs and is subject to their respective terms.
